If you're a manager where you work and you have high morals, chances are those under you are happy at what they do. That's what a recent study has determined.

According to a study by the University of Sussex and the University of Greenwich, employees are happiest and most productive when their boss "leads with purpose."

Researchers looked for three core values in the bosses they studied: High morals, a clear vision and a commitment to the company.

After interviewing over a thousand employees and more than 500 leaders they came to the conslusion that "company culture really does start at the top."

The findings were recently released in an article featured in Entrepreneur magazine.
