Petco Bringing Second Sioux Falls Store To East Side Foss Fields Development
Pet lovers on Sioux Falls' east side are getting another shopping option.
According to Tysdal Commercial, Petco has agreed to open its second Sioux Falls store next year.
The east side location will go into the new Foss Fields development, a 15-acre retail space currently under construction at East 6th Street and Veterans Parkway.

Petco will join Hobby Lobby and Sierra in the 118,000-square-foot retail center.
Petco is planning to be open sometime in the fall of 2027.
The new location will be Petco's third South Dakota location, along with a store on South Louise in Sioux Falls and in Rapid City.
The San Diego-based chain of more than 1,300 stores got its start as a mail-order veterinary supply company in 1965. The first store opened in La Mesa, California, in 1976.
