Sylvan Lake Lodge - Custer
This Frank Lloyd Wright-designed lakefront lodge dates back to 1892 and features buffalo roaming the grounds and easy access to Mt. Rushmore, Wind Cave National Park, and the Crazy Horse Memorial.
IOWA
- The Blackhawk Hotel - Cedar Falls
Dating back to the 1850s, it is not only oldest continuously operating hotel in the Hawkeye State, but it is the second longest continuously operating hotel in the country.
The Black Hawk Hotel is now listed in the National Historic Register of Historic Places and offers 28 guest rooms and suites.
MINNESOTA
- Northern Rail Traincar Inn - Two Harbors
