Nearly two million pressure cookers, sold at some of the biggest retailers in America, are being recalled after several reports of injuries associated with the product.

WHY HAS THIS RECALL BEEN ISSUED?

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the recall involves all Ninja Foodi OP300 Series Multi-Function Pressure Cookers sold at Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Amazon, and Target stores nationwide, and online from January 2019 through March 2025.

The action was taken after faulty lids on the pressure cookers resulted in 106 reports of burn injuries, including more than 50 reports of second- or third-degree burns to the face or body.
