Iowa Air Travelers Have New Non-Stop Option to Florida
Iowans looking to get away from the Hawkeye State's harsh Winters are getting another destination to add to their list of warm weather getaways.
Allegiant Air is including Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) in Cedar Rapids on its list of six new routes for the Winter.
Beginning November 17, the airline will fly non-stop from Cedar Rapids to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL).

After flying a handful of dates in November, the schedule settles in for Monday and Friday flights (except the weeks of Christmas and New Year's) through mid-February.
One-way fares between Cedar Rapids and Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood start at $60, plus taxes and fees.
