Hy-Vee Pasta Dish Recalled
A pasta dish sold in eight states, including South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa, is being recalled due to a potential labeling error.
Hy-Vee is voluntarily recalling one variety of its Hy-Vee Chili Macaroni Hamburger Skillet Meal due to: 'the presence of an undeclared allergen (dairy) not listed in the product packaging'.
The recall was initiated after a review of a spice packet in the box found it did not have the allergen declared on the packaging.

The product in question is the 5.8-ounce box of Hy-Vee Chili Macaroni Hamburger Skillet Meal with the Best Buy Date of February 08 24 and UPC: 0075450085520.
The boxes were sold at Hy-Vee and Dollar Fresh Market stores across Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
To date, there have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to the consumption of this product. The company is advising anyone concerned about the possibility of illness related to the product to contact their local doctor's office.
Customers who purchased the product and have a dairy sensitivity should dispose of the product or return it to their local Hy-Vee store for a full refund. Customers with questions may contact Hy-Vee Customer Care representatives at (800) 772-4098 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central time Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.
