It may happened to you.

Someone says to you 'Well, I have good news and bad news. Which do you want first?'

What's that you say, you want the good news? Well, if you're a vegetarian , your risk of coronary heart disease could be lower than your meat eating neighbor. According to a study reported in Newsweek, your coronary heart disease risk is 22% lower than that fella over there flipping burgers on the grill.

But before you feel sorry for that guy, there's some bad news, too.

According to the same study, vegetarians have a 20% higher risk of experiencing a stroke than the meat eaters. This was largely associated with what's called a hemorrhagic stroke, which is relatively uncommon.

So it's kind of a 'darned if you do, darned if you don't' kind of thing. You can read the full article here and whatever you love munching on, whether it's pass the broccoli or pass the steak sauce, enjoy it!
