One Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota Restaurant Made Most Romantic List
One of the key ingredients to a memorable Valentine's Day celebration is finding the perfect romantic spot for dinner with that special someone in your life.
To help point you in the right direction, OpenTable analyzed 13 million reviews from its website and app to come up with the 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in America.
Amazingly, only one restaurant from the Tri-State (Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota) made the cut
That would be Baldamar at the Rosedale Center in Roseville, halfway between Minneapolis and St. Paul on Highway 36.
Steaks are king here with a menu featuring 100% USDA Prime Certified Beef ribeyes, filets, and New York strips, all aged for 40 days before being prepared.
There is also a selection of seafood and salads to choose from.
It's been reviewed 4,490 times on OpenTable and has an average rating of 4.8 stars (out of five).
In all, 27 states were represented on the list with California emerging as the romance capital of American restaurants with 13 total entries.
Las Vegas was the city with the most restaurants on the list (8), including three of the top six selections.

It's hard to believe with all of the great restaurants we have in the region than only one managed to crack this list.
