Drivers on the east side of Sioux Falls will face some delays and detours for a short time this week.

The South Dakota Department of Transportation says the area impacted is East 10th Street in the area of Interstate 229.

Beginning Thursday (November 16) at 9:00 AM, the westbound turn lane on East 10th Street at the Interstate 229 intersection, the east radius of the southbound on-ramp, as well as the southbound on-ramp will be closed.

Crews will be repairing concrete in the area.

The closure is expected to last three hours.
