These have been a rough few months for diners in Sioux Falls.

Late last year, the local restaurant scene was rocked by the sudden closures of two staples - Papa Woody's and McNally's.

And now, a third popular eatery has made a stunning announcement.

Ode to Food and Drinks owners say they are leaving their Cherapa Place location after a decade there.

The final day of operation in the current spot is Saturday (February 22).

But unlike Papa Woody's and McNally's, which have made no formal announcements about any future plans, the owners of Ode say they will reopen in a new location soon.

Theresa Flannery Kramer tells the Sioux Falls Business Journal that the restaurant will reopen in a new location by mid-March. Final details on the exact location are still being worked out
