Sioux Falls Restaurant Has New Name, Updated Hours, Menu

One of Sioux Falls' most popular new restaurants is making a slight change to remind everyone that they are more than just a burger joint.

What has been Big Sioux Burger since it opened its doors at the Steel District in    October of 2024 is now Big Sioux Diner & Dive.

Burgers will still be a big part of the menu with seven option to choose from:

• House
• Onion
• Nacho
• Patty Melt
• Wedge
• Mushroom Swiss
• PB&J

New additions to the original, opening day menu include a BLAT sandwich, Tuna Melt, Buffalo Chicken Wrap, Walleye Bites, French Toast, and a Denver Omelet. Also, Fish & Chips now replaces the Fish Sandwich.

The most notable changes on the new menu are the elimination of Lobster Rolls and Perogies.

As part of the rebrand, the restaurant will now open one hour earlier, at 7:00 AM, seven days a week. Closing time remains the same: 10:00 PM Sunday - Thursday, midnight on Friday and Saturday.
