
RECALL ALERT: Foods Sold in South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota
It's time once again to check your refrigerator and pantry to see if there are some recalled food items you need to discard.
The Food & Drug Administration has identified four items that, if consumed, might be hazardous to your health.
The first is a nationwide recall for a quartet of frozen food entrees.
The meals from Lean Cuisine and Stouffer’s have been recalled over what the FDA is calling 'the potential presence of wood-like material'.
The impacted frozen meals were sold between September 2024 and March 2025 at Walmart locations in all 50 states, including South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota.
To datem there has been one report of a potential choking accident.

Meanwhile, 200,000 cans of cut green beans sold in Iowa, Minnesota, and 19 other states (Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin) have been recalled due to what's being called a 'possible foreign object contamination'.
Target's Good & Gather Cut Green Beans are manufactured by Del Monte Foods, which hasn't said specifically what the foreign object is.
The impacted cans bear the UPC number "0 85239-11628 9," the Best if Used By date of "28 OCT 2026," and the Lot number "7AA 418507."
