Someone in Iowa is just days away from missing out on a life-changing payday.

According to the Iowa Lottery, a winning Powerball ticket from March 1, worth $50,000, is still unclaimed and will expire on August 28th.

Ticket Details

Back in March, a ticket purchased at KC Brothers Convenience Store in Davenport matched four numbers and the Powerball, which comes with a 50 grand payout.

Iowa is one of the states where winners have just 180 days to claim their prizes.

Breathing Easy

In neighboring Minnesota, winners don't have to come forward for a full year and that's good news for one player.

According to the Minnesota Lottery, a winning Powerball ticket from February 1, worth $50,000, is still unclaimed but won't expire until February 1. 2026.
