Last week news broke that Noodle & Company would be closing up to 55 restaurants across the country. Now it appears that Outback Steakhouse Restaurants will be doing the same.

Forty “under-performing” Carrabba’s, Outback, Bonefish Grill and Flemings restaurants will be closing by the end of the year. Bloomin’ Brands, which own over 1,500 restaurants nationwide, has not said which of its 43 sites it will close.

According to, the company reported an earnings loss of $4.3 million in the fourth quarter of the 2016 fiscal year.
