The ever-changing landscape of how to negotiate the area of an ongoing road construction project in Sioux Falls is about to enter a new phase.

Beginning Monday (October 9), lane closures will go into effect on Interstate 229 at Western Avenue. The lane closures will be in place between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM through Wednesday (October 11).

The outside lanes in each direction will close first, followed by the inside lanes.
