Doobie Brothers Making it Right: Books Midwest Tour in June
The Doobie Brothers started out playing gigs for “10 bucks,” guitarist and vocalist Patrick Simmons recalled early in the group’s history. “We just love to play” the band says, and it shows.
More than 50 years after those initial shows the San Francisco band still displays an infectious camaraderie onstage, which demonstrates how much they love what they do.
Now, fans can enjoy an evening of nothing but Doobies. at the Tyson Event Center in Sioux City, IA on June 17, 2023. Ticket go on sale Friday, March 3 at 10:00 AM.
Order your tickets here and watch for presale codes this week to jump on early deals.
The Doobie Brothers originally had a Sioux City date on the books in August of 2020, then something of the a pandemic thing shut down the tour. It seems the Doobies are making it right by booking again.
And here's the question everyone is asking: Is Michael McDonald going to be on this leg of the tour? According to the Doobie Brothers official website...YES!
A buddy and I attended an October show at Treasure Island in Minnesota and it was incredible. This is a must-see show. See the review and the pics here.
