Boston’s Scholz Fined

Boston founder and guitarist Tom Scholz has been ordered to pay $132,000 in court costs to The Boston Herald after he lost his defamation lawsuit earlier this year against the paper and its Inside Track column writers Gayle Fee and Laura Raposa. Scholz sued the paper, claiming their articles blamed him for the 2007 suicide of Boston singer Brad Delp.
