Baby Boomer Memory: A Slinky Toy For Every Girl And Boy!

Were toys a lot simpler back in 'the old days'?  Were we easier to please?  Or maybe we just were able to use our imagination?

I'll bet you had a Slinky when you were little....that is, if you were little in the 1960's and 1970's.  After all, they were for 'every girl and boy!'

Trudge up to the top of the stairs, and get it started.  On a good day, it would make it's way all the way to the bottom.  On a not so good day, it might need a nudge...or two.

Just remember all that fun....and good golly, not a video game in sight!
