One of Sioux Falls' biggest culinary events is getting even bigger in 2025.

Downtown Sioux Falls has revealed the list of combatants in the 12th Annual Downtown Burger Battle and it's the biggest number in the event's history - 39 to choose from.

2025 DOWNTOWN SIOUX FALLS BURGER BATTLE ENTRIES

  • Blarney Stone: Limerick Burger
    An 8 oz. Burger Patty on Marbled Rye Bread with a dollop of French Onion spread, topped with Au Jus basted Caramelized Onions, Muenster Cheese & Red Pepper Jelly. Served with Baked Beans.
  • Chef Lance on Phillips: Chef Lance’s Cuban Burger
    8 oz Certified Angus Patty, topped with Slow Roasted Pulled Pork, Raspberry Poblano BBQ Sauce, Pickles, Shoulder Bacon, Swiss Cheese, and Dijon Mayo on a toasted Breadsmith Onion Bun. Served with House fries and a Mojo Dipping sauce.
  • Bread & Circus: Sweet Chili Bacon Cheeseburger
    6oz certified Angus beef patty with 5-spice bacon, house-made sweet chili sauce, miso cream cheese, and winter greens between a Look’s Bakehouse sesame seed bun. Served with a side of sea salt kettle chips.
  • Big Sioux Burger: The Elvis Midnight Snack
