Traffic Headaches Coming to Minnesota Avenue in Sioux Falls

Drivers on one of the busiest streets in Sioux Falls will soon be dealing with not one, but two, potential traffic issues.

Starting Monday (June 17), the outside southbound lane on South Minnesota Avenue between Ninth Street and 10th Street will be closed to allow crews to perform concrete repairs.

Also that day, the outside southbound lane on South Minnesota Avenue between 16th Street and 17th Street will be closed for additional concrete repairs. Two southbound lanes of traffic will always be maintained during construction.

Weather permitting, this work is expected to be finished in a week.

No one is going to mess up on the big thoroughfares like Minnesota Avenue, Western Avenue, or Louise Avenue but what about these?
