This Minnesota City Is One of the Best in U.S. for Healthy Skin
In this part of the world at this time of the year, our winter weather takes its toll on a lot of things.
Especially our skin.
The cold, dry air sucks the moisture out of our skin, leaving it in pretty rough shape.
But that didn't keep a traditionally frigid city in the Tri-State area from ranking very highly on a new list of the best cities in America for healthy skin.
In a story on the website The Gate, they looked at a recent study done by HouseFresh that looked at things like air quality, UV index levels, and water hardness to determine which places had the best scenarios for healthy skin.
Landing in the top ten is Duluth, Minnesota, which is the sixth-best city for healthy skin with a water hardness score of 45, a UV index of 2.92, and a pollution level of 6.41.
Duluth, along with the nine other states in the top ten, is located in a northern state that borders Canada.
