Rod Stewart has his own new album to promote and Ronnie Wood is currently rehearsing for the Rolling Stones' tour, but Rod tells us that after that's all over he'd be open to revisiting both of his and Ronnie's previous bands -- The Faces and The Jeff Beck Group. Not only that, but he thinks they can kill both birds with one stone -- that is, do a joint show featuring both bands.

Of course, that would mean that Jeff Beck would have to agree to it. The last project he and Stewart tried to do together, a joint album a couple of years ago, fell apart before it even began, when neither of them liked the other's demo recordings. And Rod says the two of them haven't spoken lately.

Stewart's new album, Time, hits stores May 7th.
