Former Saturday Night Live cast member Pete Davidson is bringing his stand-up act to Iowa later this year.

His Prehab Tour will stop at the Orpheum Theatre in Sioux City, Iowa Thursday, May 23, at 7:30 PM.

Davidson was born on New York City's Staten Island on November 16, 1993. His father Scott was a New York City firefighter who was killed on duty during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center in Manhattan.

After graduating from high school in 2011, Pete decided to pursue a career in comedy full-time after first trying stand-up in a Staten Island bowling alley when he was just 16.

His first TV appearances came in 2013 on the MTV shows Failosophy and Guy Code. Later that year he appeared on Comedy Central's Gotham Comedy Live, which showcased stand-up comedians at the Gotham Comedy Club in New York City.

Davidson joined SNL in September of 2014, becoming one of the youngest cast members in the show's history (age 20). His seven seasons consisted of several extended absences and he finally left the show at the end of the 2021-22 run.

In May 2020, Davidson starred in and co-wrote The King of Staten Island. He currently stars in the Peacock original series Bupkis, which premiered in May of 2023.

Tickets for the Sioux City show range from $39.50 to $79.50 (plus taxes and fees) and go on sale to the general public, Friday (April 5) at 10:00 AM.
