As the Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce prepared for the retirement of Evan Nolte, they knew bringing in a consultant firm to find their next leader would be paramount. They contracted with Waverly Partners, LLC, a professional recruiting firm with experience in chamber searches and connect the Chamber with Jason Ball, who was ultimately hired to follow after Nolte's 37 years of service.  Ball comments on the new chapter in his professional life as President/CEO in Sioux Falls:

I am so grateful to the Sioux Falls Area Chamber and its leadership for this opportunity. This position would be attractive to anyone involved in Chamber work due to the strong business base and engaged leadership in Sioux Falls. It is an honor to have been selected, and I am ready to get started.

Ball has been with the Chamber of Commerce in Hutchinson, Kansas since 2012 and begins in Sioux Falls February 1, 2017. Nolte will work up to February 1 to facilitate transition.
