Guy Does a Video Rap as His Job Application

I've heard of sending a pizza or flowers along with your resume if you're applying for a job, but never a rap video.

That's what a guy by the name of Dawayne Kirkland recently did when he applied for a job at a digital marketing company called Vaynermedia.

It's actually a pretty cool idea. If I were in charge of hiring at that company, I would definitely give this guy a call.

Here's what he sent in as his job application.
