Garbage Piles Up at Sioux Falls Apartment Angering Neighbors
Garbage piling up at a Sioux Falls apartment complex is drawing the ire of neighbors and passerby's. The property in question is across from Great Life on Tennis Lane near 57th street.
"The garbage on Tennis Lane diagonally across from Great Life is unsightly. It’s been like that for almost 2 weeks from what I’ve seen, so looks like the sanitation company isn’t even coming by. Is it over dramatic to call the health department about it? Literally looks like a landfill."
The apartment complex called the Eagles Nest is owned by Tzadik Property Management. They have been in the news a great deal lately due to tenant issues with upkeep and have the full attention of Sioux Falls Mayor Ten Haken and city officials.

"Eagles Nest is a Tzadik property.. & they are notorious for not paying their bills."
"It’s just absolutely disgusting. The building that’s the closest to Great Life is the worst."
"Not the first time; I previously lived in that area and would see that from time to time driving by."
"I drove by this morning on my way to work and it’s still the same. Atrocious. I did end up calling the health department yesterday. Now there’s garbage in the road. Just downright unacceptable."
"I could smell it yesterday when I came out of Great Life. Gross."

I hope this is something that gets remedied soon, for the sake of neighbors, tenants, and Great Life guests.
