Just when you thought you'd seen the last of Foreigner in concert, the band has decided it is not ready to stop touring just yet.

Days after being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Foreigner is extending its farewell tour into 2025.

Those additional dates will include three shows in Iowa.

Thursday, June 26, the band will play a special acoustic concert at The Roof Garden Ballroom at Arnold's Park. The next night (June 27), is a full concert at Arnold's Park's Preservation Plaza. Tickets go on sale December 6.

The second Iowa stop in is June 29 at Stir Cove at Harrah's in Council Bluffs

Tickets for the Council Bluffs show will go on sale at a later date.

Foreigner got its start in New York City in 1976 with guitarist Mick Jones, vocalist Lou Gramm, drummer Dennis Elliott, keyboardist Al Greenwood, bassist Ed Gagliardi, and multi-instrumentalist Ian McDonald.

The band has nine studio albums to its credit, with the first five releases landing in the Top 5, including a #1 album, 4, in 1981.

Foreigner has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide.

On the singles chart, the band has nine top 10's, including the #1 'I Want to Know What Love Is' in 1984.

Gramm left in 1990, but has appeared with the rest of the band off and on from 1992–2003. Earlier this year, Jones revealed that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease years back. He hasn't toured with Foreigner since 2023.

Kelly Hansen has been the band's lead singer since 2005.
