Drunk AND Stupid: Nebraska Driver Posts Some Unreal Numbers

It's a message we all need to hear: every time we get behind the wheel of our car, we need to remember that we sometimes share the road with some pretty dangerous people!

The latest example came in Omaha over the weekend where some idiot tried his hand at a deadly combination - excessive consumption of alcohol speed AND excessive speed.

Luckily for all of the other drivers on the interstate at that time, the Nebraska State Patrol was able to apprehend the suspect before he caused any damage, injury, or worse.

There are so many sad aspects of this story but the biggest one is that even though authorities can 'take away' this suspect's license, that won't stop someone whose judgement is this poor to try and get behind the wheel again.

Let's hope an extended stay behind bars will give this first time offender to re-examine the choices that were made here.
