Brandon Bar Closing at the End of January
In life, we are taught that when one door closes, another one opens. Well for one business owner in Brandon, the opposite is turning out to be true.
Curt Wrightsmanm, owner of The Upper Room Bar since it opened in 2022, says he's closing the business at the end of January because of a new opportunity at his full-time job.
The Upper Room is scheduled to close January 31.
The announcement comes on the heels of a number of closings of Sioux Falls area bars and restaurants, including:
- Kaladi's Bistro
- Obscure Brewing Co.
- Papa Woody's Wood-Fired Pizza
- McNally's Irish Pub
- Let It Fly
- Flying Santo Taco Bar
- Lupulin Brewing
- Tavern 180
