AARP Free Movie Night Is Back at Sioux Falls State Theatre
You don't get a lot of opportunities to enjoy a night of free entertainment these days, but you'll have your chance later this month in downtown Sioux Falls.
March 18 is the next Free Monday Movie at the State Theater on Phillips Avenue. Showtime is 7:00 PM.
The event is sponsored by AARP South Dakota.
This month's feature film is The Intern.
First released in 2015, it stars Robert De Niro as a 70-year-old widower who becomes the senior intern at a fashion website, where he forms an unlikely friendship with the company's workaholic CEO (played by Anne Hathaway).
The film as a big box office success, earning $195 million worldwide on a budget of just $35 million..
The Sioux Falls showing is open to AARP members and non-members alike. Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance.
