Traffic Alert: Southbound traffic on Louise Avenue nearing 41st Street in Sioux Falls drops to one lane due to sidewalk work. Motorists are forced to one lane near Sam's Club and traffic is severely backed up. The wait to get through the 41st and Louise stoplight exceeded 10 minutes even before rush hour due to people leaving the Walmart parking lot.
