A Sioux Falls man is facing criminal charges in Florida after allegedly slapping the butt of a female security guard at a Walt Disney World resort hotel bar.

According to WDW News Today, 36-year-old Andrew Ticknor was arrested in March for battery on a uniformed security guard and trespassing on property after a warning.

The incident took place at the Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

The arrest report says an Orange County sheriff’s deputy, responding to the reported incident between Ticknor and the security guard, described seeing Ticknor 'intoxicated and stumbling around near the entrance of the restaurant.'

The security guard told authorities Ticknor 'open hand slapped her left buttock at one point.'

The report says initially the guard did not want to press charges if Ticknor was kicked off the property, but she later changed her mind after speaking to her manager.

Ticknor eventually left the hotel, but later returned to his room at Coronado Springs, prompting the resort's manager to contact authorities, who then arrested Ticknor.

Orange County Circuit Court records indicate that Ticknor has pled not guilty to two first-degree misdemeanor charges.

A trial date has been set for June 26.
