Not even Santa Claus is immune to roving roustabouts in the Empire Mall. The beloved Mall Santa had his personal locker raided by naughty elves this week, and a cell phone, clothing, wallet, and other personal belongings were stolen.

He posted on Facebook, "Someone broke into my dressing room at the Mall and took my Santa bag with my wallet and cell phone including my drivers Lin. and all my credit cards. If anyone needs to get ahold of me you will have to call the Mall or My Sisters."

After the news broke, almost everyone chiming in and commenting on the crime agreed that someone is most definitely on the naughty list this year.
