Throughout May, The Community Outreach in Sioux Falls is giving you the chance to take part in the Sioux Empire Bean Battle.

The organization has been assisting local families for 50 years, sharing hope and providing tools for daily living and financial and housing stability. Their goal is to end homelessness through accountability, education, partnership, and support. They work with families in crisis resources and support with rent, deposit, utility assistance, case management, and transportation assistance (bus passes and gas vouchers).
