Last night (Sunday) in St. Paul, Minnesota, Bruce Springsteen broke out a song he wrote for Clarence Clemons.

Springsteen wrote "Savin' Up" in 1981, and Clemons recorded it for his 1983 album Rescue. Springsteen also recorded a duet of the song with New Jersey musician John Luraschi in 2009. But last night was the first time Springsteen had ever performed "Savin' Up" live with the E Street Band. The show also included the tour debut of the Magic track "Long Walk Home."
