Son of Bruce Springsteen's late saxophonist is now facing daily fines.

Right before Christmas, Bruce Springsteen has delivered a present to his fans.

Clarence Clemons' brother -- William Clemons -- and the father of Bruce Springsteen's current sax player, Jake Clemons -- has filed suit against his late brother's medical team.

The resolution for an official "Clarence Clemons Day" has passed the New Jersey State Senate, according to The Asbury Park Press. The State Assembly needs to pass the resolution in order to make Clemons' birthday -- January 11th -- an officially recognizeed day. Should the Assembly pass the resolution, all that's left is for Governor Chris Christie -- and Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band -- die-hard to sign it and make it official. Clemons died on June 18th, 2011 at age 69 following complications from a massive stroke. Following his death, Governor Christie ordered that flags be flown at half mast in "The Big Man's" honor.

Last night (Sunday) in St. Paul, Minnesota, Bruce Springsteen broke out a song he wrote for Clarence Clemons.
