It's four weeks to election day. Are you ready for it to be over? You're not alone.

I have been following along on the issues each presidential candidate is dealing with, but I'm trying to stay our of all of the personal sniping that's been going on for more than a year now.

It is especially bad on Facebook, which is what prompted me to post this at the beginning of last month:

OK - We've hit September 1st and we still have a LONG way to go to election day.

Here's what I'm proposing to all my FB friends: I'm pretty sure I know who you voting for after the 1st 27 snarky posts. Let's make it a 'Politics Free Zone' from here on out.

Who's with me?

The response I got from most of my online friends was very positive, but some of main offenders are still offending.  I haven't dropped anyone - yet - but I've come close.

Apparently I'm not alone. More and more people are "unfriending," according to new research at Southeastern Louisiana University.

Here are some questions for you:

Have you been doing some "unfriending" on Facebook ahead of the election over political postings? I

Is there a certain line that leads you to take action if someone crosses it?

Do you believe that people's minds can be swayed on political by Facebook posts?

I'd love to hear what you have to say.  Leave your comments on our Facebook page.

Here's to the election being over!
