Popular Sioux Falls Restaurant Reopening After Lengthy Closure
A downtown Sioux Falls restaurant has given its huge group of fiercely loyal fans something to cheer about - they've reopened after being closed for the past eight months.
Saturday (October 5) afternoon, Swamp Daddy’s Cajun Kitchen announced that they were back in business for a 'soft opening'.
Swamp Daddy's, which operates out of the Jones421 building, was forced to close its doors back on January 30 after a glycol leak occurred as the result of an HVAC company hitting a pipe while moving a furnace one floor above the restaurant.
In August, Swamp Daddy's Co-owner, Inkaa Beaudion, shared a progress report on the cleanup and the reopening timetable:
The surprise announcement was greeted by a huge response with more than 580 Facebook likes in the first three hours!

Swamp Daddy's is open Tuesday - Saturday from 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
