Out of the Recession a Taco at a Time
Taco Bell’s new Doritos shells have turned out to be a huge boom for the restaurant – with the CEO reporting that they added 15,000 jobs in the U.S. just last year and have been selling roughly one million Doritos shelled tacos a day.
“It has been the biggest launch in Taco Bell history,” said CEO Greg Creed. “We believe we can add 2,000 new restaurants in the next 10 years.”
