The Lallycooler Music Festival finally happened in Sioux Falls last weekend! We have been forward to this local festival all year.  And thanks to the hard-working efforts of both the Washington Pavilion and the team setting up things at The Birdcage, the 2nd year of Lallycooler Music Festival came alive.

Officials say Lallycooler Music Festival "will be the coolest thing you'll do all summer." And believe me..they aren't kidding. The Sioux Empire witnessed two epic nights of live music from all genres. Here's a look at the second Lallycooler Music Festival line-up:

Night One of Lallycooler Music Festival

  • Local Artist Weston Frank
  • Graham Barham
  • Braxton Keith
  • Headliner: Darius Rucker

Night Two of Lallycooler Music Festival

  • Local band Goodroad
  • Josh Ross
  • Gavin DeGraw
  • Bow Wow
  • Headliner: Jason Derulo

The first night of the Lallycooler Music Festival was dedicated to country music fans. The second night had a little bit of everything. We were able to snap pictures and take videos of the entire weekend. Even in the Sioux Falls heat! So if you missed your opportunity this year to be at the local festival, this gives you an idea of what to expect for next year's huge weekend.

Welcome to the home of the 2026 Lallycooler Music Festival...The Birdcage! When you're inside the stadium, it looks like a completely different ball game. It's like music central for Sioux Falls.

Recognize The Birdcage? The field turned into a place for music lovers across the 605. From bull riding to permeant jewelry stations and bar stations in between,  Lallycooler Music Festival made it fun for everyone to enjoy!

Say hello to the Lallycooler Music Festival stage! The stage was located way back in the outfield where the pit and general admission areas welcomed all music fans alike. This was a great stage for all the acts to come.

This is the super sweet Rowan Grace. You might recognize this South Dakota native from Team Blake Shelton on NBC's The Voice! She welcomed festival goers at the front gate each day. What a talented singer and songwriter!

Local artist Weston Frank kicked-off the Lallycooler Music Festival! He played a little bit of everything, especially 90s country music.

I had a chance to meet Mike Turner of the local non-profit Owen's Outfitters. They received a portion of proceeds from this year's Lallycooler Music Festival. Thanks to everyone who supported their on-going mission of giving everyone access to medical equipment.

Graham Barham was the next country artist to take the stage on Friday. His sound is very similar to Luke Combs.

Graham Barham has been a longtime songwriter in Nashville, and he recently has taken off as a singer. "BREAK IT IN A BAR" was a song in 2023 that went viral on TikTok.

Graham Barham brought more heat to the Lallycooler stage when he closed out his set with his 2025 hit "Oil Money." This is also one of my top workout songs (haha).

I had a chance to say hello to Graham Barham after his set. He's an awesome guy, and is looking forward to coming back to Sioux Falls again!

If you like the sound of George Strait, then Braxton Keith is your guy. In fact, there were hundreds of fans in the crowd just to see him!

My family was ready for Darius Rucker! It was awesome to have my mom and twin sister come in from Chicago for the epic Lallycooler Music Festival weekend!

It's been five years since Darius Rucker was in the 605. He finally made his way back to Sioux Falls thanks to Lallycooler! Let me tell ya...he started with a bang!

"This" from 2010 was off of Darius' "Charleston, SC 1966" album. It's one of my favorites from Darius!

Sioux Falls was loving every minute of Darius Rucker's set. He had the crowd singing along to every song.

Darius Rucker played one of the favorites from his group Hootie & the Blowfish. The first song was "Only Wanna Be with You" from 1994.

"If I Told You" from 2017 album "When Was the Last Time." This is also one of my personal favorites from Darius Rucker. I got excited when he played it.

Darius Rucker surprises Lallycooler with a cover of Hank Williams Jr.'s "Family Tradition!" He even brought back out Graham Barham to help! This felt like the ultimate karaoke session.

I mean...you have to play "Let Her Cry!" This was such a huge song for Hootie & the Blowfish. Plus, it gave Sioux Falls another excuse to sing!

Darius Rucker had the crowd laughing all night. He wasn't taking any garbage from the younger crowds screaming for "Wagon Wheel." Of course he was going to do it!

For the first time ever, Darius Rucker performed lived "Purple Rain" from Prince. He felt like he played "angry," and he wanted to do something special for Lallycooler by doing an extra encore to close the night. Wow!

Here we are now at Day Two of the Lallycooler Music Festival! It was another hot one, but still people came out at the start of the day. The local group Goodroad opened the big Saturday ahead.

Rising country star Josh Ross took the Lallycooler stage and opened his set with his second #1 hit in the US-"Hate How You Look." Love this song!

I first saw Josh Ross during this year's Country Radio Seminar (CRS). He was part of the CRS "New Faces of Country Music" Class of 2026. Rightfully so! He's so talented and I love his voice.

"Single Again" is the song that started it all for Josh Ross. It was his first #1 hit song on the US Country charts. He's been making waves ever since!

I didn't have a chance to meet Josh at CRS, but life came back around! Josh says he wants to do more shows in Sioux Falls soon! He also didn't mind the heat he loves it.

My friend Ben Davis of 97.3 KKRC invited me to join him on stage to introduce the next act...Gavin DeGraw! This crowd was fired up for more!

Gavin DeGraw made his way back to Sioux Falls, and he's sure glad he did!

It's no secret that it was hot out and Gavin told the crowd his pants were at least comfortable! Every artist made it known it was warm out.

Lallycooler was sounding great singing along to Gavin DeGraw's 2011 hit song. This song is my jam too!

The crowd was waiting for this one..."I Don't Want to Be" from 2003. If you watch "One Tree Hill," then you know this song.

One of the biggest surprises of the weekend was having Bow Wow perform at this year's Lallycooler. This local music festival is something for everyone no matter what age. That's what it's all about!

Of course, Bow Wow performed his 2002 hit from the movie "Like Mike." It's one of Bow Wow's career highlights.

The Sioux Empire was celebrating big during the Lallycooler Music Festival, especially the Brides to Be of the 605! This weekend would be awesome for Bachelorettes or Bachelor parties!

The Lallycooler crowd is ready for the last headliner of the weekend... award winning singer, songwriter, and producer Jason Derulo made it Sioux Falls!

The crowd was building for this moment at the Lallycooler Music Festival. The energy was high and Jason was on his A game!

Any fans of Jason Derulo know this hit song from 2009. "Whatcha Say" was his debut single from his self-titled album. The rest is history!

"Marry Me" is from Jason Derulo's 2013 album, "Tattos." There wasn't a single person who wasn't singing along to this song.

Anyone who knows me knows that "Ridin' Solo" is one of my favorite songs ever! This song is off of his debut album. It's still a song I'll have on repeat!

"Don't Wanna Go Home" from Jason Derulo is off of his "Future History" album. By the way, shoutout to all the dancers on stage! They were working hard in the South Dakota heat.

This is probably one of my favorite pictures of the night. There wasn't a moment were movement wasn't happening.

Jason Derulo never stopped thanking Sioux Falls for welcoming him to the 605. One of the songs he closed out with was his 2013 hit "Talk Dirty." I'm telling you, Sioux Falls was dancing the whole night!
