California and Hawaii are the most expensive places to live.
Homes in the Golden State average 3,620 square feet at an average price of $8,479,843 or $2,342.50 per square foot.
In the Aloha State houses average $3,414,943 at 2,003 square feet, which is $1,704.91 per square foot.
