‘Fluffy Alert': Gabriel Iglesias Coming to 2024 Iowa State Fair
One of America's best-known standup comedians is coming to Iowa this summer.
Gabriel Iglesias has been added to the entertainment lineup for the 2024 Iowa State Fair.
'Fluffy' will take the stage at the fair's grandstand, Thursday, August 15 at 8:00 PM.
Iglesias was born in San Diego in 1976 and grew up all over Southern California. He began doing standup full-time in 1997 and by 2000 was in the cast of Nickelodeon's sketch comedy show All That.
In 2006, Iglesias was a contestant on the fourth season of the reality TV series Last Comic Standing on NBC.
In 2022, Iglesias became the first comedian to sell out Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. That concert, Stadium Fluffy, was later released on Netflix.
Tickets for the Iowa State Fair show range from $30 to $65 (plus taxes and fees) and go on sale to the general public Friday (February 23) at 10:00 AM.
