Denny Hamlin was dominant in winning Sunday (11/10) in the Arizona desert in NASCAR's Bluegreen Vacations 500 at ISM Raceway in Phoenix. Hamlin held on for the victory after a late race caution.

Dominant he was, leading all but four of the final 146 laps. Hamlin came into the race to give it everything he had to make up for his mistake of spinning out in turn 4 at the previous race the week before at Texas.

His crew made sure he had the car to do it with. Hamlin said the race car they gave him at Phoenix was one of the best of his career.

The victory was huge! It put Hamlin into the final 4 for the championship at the season finale coming up next at Homestead-Miami.

Hamlin joins Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) teammates Martin Truex Jr. and Kyle Busch. The three JGR drivers will battle Kevin Harvick of Stewart-Haas Racing for the trophy.

Busch came in second at Phoenix ahead of Ryan Blaney. Kyle Larson was fourth and Kevin Harvick fifth. See where your driver finished.
