You've caught his stand-up in Sioux Falls. You've heard him on the Bob & Tom Show. And now you can see comedian Costaki Economopoulos like you've never seen him before.

Thursday, May 7 at 8:00 PM Central, the veteran stand-up is joining the ranks of comedians from around the country and taking his act online while comedy clubs across America remain closed due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

It's being billed as the Nowhere Comedy Club, a creation of Eventbrite to give stand-ups a chance to practice their craft directly from their homes into the living rooms of fans watching online from around the world.

It's all taking place on the Zoom app, which has quickly become the go-to place to interact online during this time of 'social distancing'. The organizers are even encouraging everyone in the virtual club to leave their microphones on so that everyone can hear the laughter (just make sure you have headphones in to avoid feedback).

To take part, make sure you have the app downloaded on your favorite electronic device, then go to Costaki's event page on the Eventbrite website and purchase a ticket.

Early bird tickets are $10 (plus fees) and are on sale through May 5. After that, general admission tickets go up to $15 (plus fees).

There's also a $25 (plus fees) VIP option, which gets you into the show, plus a digital copy of Costaki's Live at Acme album, as well as access to a private meet and greet after the online show.
