
Brookings Welcomes .38 Special For A Rocking Night Of Music
Those 'Wild-Eyed Southern Boys' are coming back to South Dakota!
.38 Special is rocking Dacotah Bank Center in Brookings, Thursday, April 16.
The band was formed in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1974 by singer-guitarists Donnie Van Zant and Don Barnes. In nearly 50 years since their 1977 debut album, .38 Special has sold more than 20 million albums and collected eight Top 40 hits, including the Top Ten smashes 'Second Chance' and 'Caught Up In You'.

Van Zant retired from the band in 2013, leaving Barnes as the only original member.
Tickets for the Brookings show go on sale next week, beginning with a pre-sale on Thursday (December 11) at 10:00 AM. Use the code word PEPPER.
General public tickets go on sale Friday (December 12) at 10:00 AM.
