MITCHELL - New charges have been filed against a man accused of shooting his uncle to death and wounding another relative on the Yankton Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
Authorities say two 16-year-old boys argued over a past paintball incident before one fatally shot his friend in the chest with a semi-automatic shotgun.
WTVR-TV says that Tom Hahn and his roommate Robert Gray were arguing over how a pork chop should be cooked, when Hahn took out a .22 caliber rifle and shot Gray twice in the head.
