SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A man accused of shooting his uncle to death on the Yankton Indian Reservation has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder.

Twenty-three-year-old Dancing Bull Fischer appeared in federal court in Sioux Falls on Tuesday. He's accused in the Nov. 27 shooting death of 47-year-old Tony Fischer Sr. at a mobile home near Marty.

Fischer could face life in prison if convicted. He's been ordered held until trial.
