Sena Ehrhardt has practically adopted Sioux Falls as her home away from her Rochester, Minnesota home since the band signed with Blind Pig Records in 2011 and released her debut album "Leave The Light On".

Since then, Sena has performed in Sioux Falls numerous times, including several shows at Old Skoolz, to gracing the main stage at JazzFest to being a guest performer with guitarist Cole Allen at last summer's inaugural Downtown Riverfest.

The Sena Ehrhardt Band just wrapped recording their third album and will be back in town this Friday evening for the first Downtown Sioux Falls block party of the summer!

This is the first of four block parties this summer, one each in June, July, August and September. They will all include two bands, a Battle For The Arts competition, free hands-on art activities, food and beverage vendors, and shopping at some of the great downtown merchants.

All shows will take place downtown at 8th & Railroad Center. We're working on getting the Sena Ehrhardt Band in studio Friday afternoon to catch up on band news and maybe get a live performance as well.

It's shaping up to be a great summer in Sioux Falls!
