Want a really scary story for Halloween …? A global wine shortage is coming!

Seems people in the U.S. and China are drinking more than ever – a lot more – and vineyards just can’t keep up with the demand.

According to Morgan Stanley, the wine industry is under-supplied by roughly 300 million cases a year − which is the worst dry spell in 50 years.

Making matters worse is the fact that top wine-making countries like France, Spain and Italy are producing less because of land issues, harvest problems and bad weather.

Excuse me, I need to go buy a couple of cases of Moscato...
