White Christmas Chances? Where South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota Rank
Ever since Irving Berlin wrote the holiday classic tune 'White Christmas' more than 80 years ago (1942), we've become obsessed with our annual yuletide celebration coinciding with just the right amount of winter precipitation - just enough to build a snowman or engage in a rousing snowball fight, but not so much that we have to shovel it or drive through it.
